I try to make myself available to answer questions about my website. I’m not, however, authorized to provide technical support for any cell phone tracking applications. I often get emails asking me how to get a particular app that a person has either purchased or downloaded for free to work on their particular phone.
The best advice I can give anyone who might have this question is to make sure that they have GPS enabled in the settings section of their phone or tablet computer. This is often overlooked by users so if you’re having a problem getting a particular app to work on your phone, I suggest that you check this first.
If you have questions about getting a particular app to work on your phone, please contact the technical support department for the particular app directly. They will be the most qualified ones to get help from.
If you have purchased an app and you would like to request a refund, you must contact the company that actually sold you the app. Please don’t email me asking for a refund because there’s nothing that I can do to help you. I often get emails from people asking me for a refund. Please understand that “I” don’t personally sell any apps on my website.
You will find, however find advertisements to numerous applications here on my website. Keep in mind that if you click on a link and you make a purchase, your purchase is being made through a third party and NOT my website. Therefore, if you need technical support or a refund, you must contact the company that actually sold you the app directly. Thank you for understanding!
